SouEast Shows Signs of Life with the V5

Share Our Knowledge With Your Friends, Contacts And Co-Workers

The forthcoming SouEast V5 will make you forgive any misgivings about the company’s ability to stay alive, the V5 sedan is apparently based on the latest generation of Lancer from Mitsubishi. The Lancer is made by SouEast in cooperation with Mitsubishi but sales have failed to reach the same level as other compact sedans such as the Ford Focus and VW Sagitar, perhaps this latest rendition of the Lancer will help push sales forwards, at least its some royalties in Mitsubishi’s pockets.

The new V5 is likely to use the same Mitsubishi engines as the Lancer, albeit in smaller dimensions – probably a 1.8L or a 1.5L unit. An end of year launch is more than likely.

This car represents a MASSIVE leap forward for Soueast, and will silence all those who have been questioning this company’s chances of future success.

Soueast has been quietly and efficiently working on building a truly world class organisation and product. And its efforts are paying off.

By the way, one of the spy shots chinacartimes for the Soueast V4 was a Soueast, it was actually spy shots of King Long’s (The Bus Company) hatchback that they are working on.

Here is the link for the mistake:

They are going to be dangerous FOR Hyundai and Kia, they are very rapidly catching them up in terms of product quality.
