The Ford Fiesta has been a hot seller for Ford China, a facelift version is due very soon and the ST version could be coming with it if you believe these spy shots.

The ST version of the facelift model has been spotted road testing in China ahead of a potential launch here, powered by a 1.6T engine the ST is expected to be what the Chinese refer to as an iron cannon (a hot hatch). The ST family is finally coming to China after Ford teased the Chinese market with S models for the past few years but never a true ST.

If Ford do launch this three door ST Fiesta in China, with a 184bhp 1.6T, you can bet that we will be first in the queue to buy one.
