Fords Big Plan for 2013: Two Performance, Three SUV’s

ford-2013-plansAccording to a photo leaked from a recent Ford dealers meeting, Ford are planning to launch two performance models, the Ford Focus ST and the Fiesta ST this year along with the Ford Ecosport, Kuga and Explorer SUV’s.

Media reports indicate the Focus ST will be priced at around 260,000RMB, wit the Fiesta ST  expected to be around 150,000RMB. The largest Ford Explorer will be marketed as an Executive vehicle when it launches later in the year. The Explorer is also rumored to be produced by Ford’s commercial vehicle partner, JMC, and further rumors seem to indicate that a Ford Ranger truck will also see Chinese production lines in the not so distant future.
