Jiangling Motors (JMC) is a former truck manufacturer that also makes Ford Transit vans in China. It was taken under the wing of Chang’an a few years ago. It is perhaps best known for its Landwind marque, which sold one of the first Chinese cars in Europe. It also made the Landwind CV9, the first Chinese car to be ever officially tested by Euro-NCAP, earning an unimpressive 2-star rating.
The YuSheng SUV, launched in 2010, will now get a refreshed version in the form of the S350. It will receive a new engine as well, a 2.4-liter turbo-diesel paired to 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions. It’s expected to listed by June.
