Couple Gets Busy in the Back of a Shanghai Taxi

Share Our Knowledge With Your Friends, Contacts And Co-Workers

Despite China’s continuing opening and transformation, China is still a relatively conservative place. Don’t let the near weekly headlines of corrupt officials somehow managing to have the time to keep and satisfy multiple mistresses fool you. So when a foreign couple got busy in the back of a Shanghai taxi during rush hour Chinese social media networks started to repost and retweet like crazy.

Stories of people getting down to business in the back of New York and London Taxi cabs are as old as the taxi business itself, but its a relatively shocking business in China where taxis generally don’t carry the black tinted windows which leads to titillating pictures such as these spreading relatively fast. Pictures were posted to Weibo.com with an eyewitness account that noted the Mk2 Santana Vista Taxi produced locally by Shanghai Volkswagen was rocking heavily in backed up traffic giving the surrounding cars a show they wouldn’t forget, and presumably giving the driver an experience that he wish he could forget.

Check the rest out over at Beijing Cream, if you’re so inclined.
