We previously published photos of the Foton C2 MPV, but we’re still unaware of what is actually powering the Pope mobile like car.
At the Moscow auto show, Foton got the C2 out for a public viewing, unusual as its not been shown in China yet.

Foton, the maker of pick up light/heavy trucks, SUV’s, pick up trucks and MPV’s seems to getting ready to make a car. These spyshots of a Foton made car, allegedly called the ‘C2′ (we’re pretty sure that name will get dropped come marketing time!) The C2 seems to be a small MPV designed to carry a small family, or to be used as a cargo van depending on the situation. The car is somewhat similar to the Chery Karry in its concept, but we’re unsure if this will sell in China. We’ll wait for more info before commenting further!
