Chery is once again leading the Chinese automotive export pack with exports in the first half of the year increasing by 26.1% according to reports in the China Daily. Chery’s Mr. Jin Yi Bo reported last week that Chery exported over 112,000 cars from January to July, compared with 88,835 vehicles in the same period in 2011, an increase of 26.1%.

China’s auto sales were up year on year in April by 5% according to sales statistics released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) at a press conference yesterday afternoon.
